Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, courier performance, and your location.
Standard Deliveries
- Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days (subject to stock availability).
- Delivery is made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- A delivery confirmation and tracking information will be provided where available.
Delivery Delays
While every effort is made to deliver orders within the estimated timescale, Spray Paint Direct cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or postal service issues
- Adverse weather conditions
- Traffic disruptions
- Industrial action
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any shortages, damaged items, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery is returned to us because:
- An incorrect address was provided,
- Delivery was refused, or
- The parcel was not collected from the courier,
additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
Custom Mixed Paints
Custom-mixed paints are produced to order and may require additional processing time before dispatch. We will advise you if there is any significant delay.

Returns Policy
Should any items received from Spray Paint Direct fail to meet your expectations, you may return them for a credit or exchange.
Please contact Spray Paint Direct before returning any goods.
Return Conditions
- Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
- All returns must be accompanied by:
- Your name and address
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Clear instructions on whether you require a credit, refund, or exchange
Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Goods returned due to being incorrectly ordered by the customer may be subject to a return carriage charge.
Custom Mixed Paints
Returns of custom-mixed paints cannot normally be accepted. Requests relating to external factors, such as shipping delays, will be considered at our discretion.
Colour Matching
Before using any aerosol, touch-up pot, or tin of paint, please check that the colour is correct.
No responsibility can be accepted for colour mismatches once the product has been used.
