Which paint system is best for automotive use?
For automotive refinishing, Basecoat with a lacquer topcoat is generally the preferred choice, particularly for modern vehicle colours, metallics and pearls. 1K Cellulose may also be suitable for certain repairs and classic vehicle applications.
Which paint system is best for machinery and equipment?
QAD Enamel is a popular choice for agricultural machinery, plant equipment and commercial vehicles, offering excellent durability and finish quality. For the most demanding environments, 2K Air Dry provides enhanced protection and longevity.

Do I need a primer?
For best results, we recommend using a suitable primer on bare metal, plastic, wood or other untreated surfaces.
How much area will a 400ml aerosol cover?
Coverage depends on the colour, substrate and application method, but a typical 400ml aerosol will cover approximately 1–2 square metres.
How many coats should I apply?
